It will be easier to deal with the pain. And during the session, if it hurts, just use your mind as a weapon. The more it hurts, the more you gotta act like a warrior and think “come on! bring it on! Is it all you got? Give me more pain! I’m not feeling anything! Come on! More pain!”. Those are the kind of sentences I was saying in my mind to be stronger and deal with the pain as an enemy to overcome it. Hope it helps!
